Our standard rental period is 7 days, which is enough time for most projects. Need more time? Call us before your rental ends and we'll arrange an extension. Finishing early? We'll pick it up ahead of schedule at no extra charge.

Often yes — call us as early as possible and we'll let you know what's available. Same-day delivery depends on our schedule and your location. Booking a day or two ahead guarantees your preferred time slot, especially during busy seasons.

We will lay boards down upon request, or upon our discretion. Our drivers are also careful about placement on all surface types. If you have specific concerns, let us know when you book.

No — dumpsters should not be moved once placed. If you need it repositioned, call us and we'll send a driver out to do it safely.

Most common household and construction materials are accepted. This includes furniture, household junk, drywall, wood, flooring, carpet, roofing shingles, yard waste, metal, and cardboard.

The following items are not accepted: hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, oil, asbestos, batteries, tires, propane tanks, medical waste, appliances containing freon, and food waste or liquids. When in doubt, call us before tossing it in — it's always easier to sort out before pickup than after.

If prohibited or hazardous materials are found at the time of pickup, additional fees will apply and the customer is responsible for proper disposal costs. This is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We always recommend calling us first if you're unsure about a specific item.

Heavy materials like concrete, brick, and dirt require a conversation before booking — they add up quickly and can push a dumpster over its weight limit fast. Call us to discuss your specific project and we'll quote accordingly.

Some appliances are accepted and some aren't. Appliances that contain freon — like refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners — require special disposal and cannot go in the dumpster. Other appliances like washers, dryers, and dishwashers are generally fine. Call us if you're not sure about a specific item.

Your base rental price includes delivery to your location, the standard 7-day rental period, pickup, and disposal. We'll tell you your full price upfront before you commit.

Two situations can result in additional charges: if your load exceeds the weight limit for your dumpster size, or if your delivery location is outside our standard service area. We'll tell you about both of these upfront when you get your quote so nothing catches you off guard at pickup.

A fuel surcharge may apply depending on your distance from our location. If this applies to your delivery we'll let you know when you call for a quote — no surprises.
